1. The City of Tempe offers classes and recreational activities for kids and parents, such as gymnastics, soccer, dance,and toddler acrobatics

2. City and neighborhood parks also offer a great opportunity for kids to run around. Tempe's Kiwanis Park provides a covered play area for younger kids. Feed
the ducks while you are there, but make sure to keep a close watch on children near the water.
The easiest way to reach this area is heading South on Ash Ave, from Baseline Rd. Ash Ave can be found between Kyrene Rd. and Mill Ave.

4. Tempe Town Lake near the ASU Tempe Campus is a great spot for the family to spend the day. Picnics, walking, or playing with a ball are some good
activities to try.
Head North on Ash Ave from University Dr. in Tempe to reach the free parking lot.
5. Dobson Ranch Park offers two playgrounds. One for bigger kids, and the other more suited for the younger crowd. Vast green areas, and a lake bring even
more fun. The Dobson Ranch Library located right next to the park is also a great place to visit.
This park can be found on 2359 Dobson Rd., between Baseline Rd. and Guadalupe Rd.
